Company Calendar

A centralized calendar for company-wide events — not a replacement for Google Calendar or your daily scheduling tool.

Use this for dates that matter to the whole company: compliance deadlines, team birthdays and work anniversaries, board meetings, strategy sessions, company offsites, and public holidays. Keep client meetings, 1:1s, and personal scheduling in your regular calendar.

What Belongs Here

Compliance dates generated from your company profile appear automatically — annual filings, tax deadlines, regulatory requirements.

Team milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries appear automatically based on team member profiles.

Company-wide events such as all-hands meetings, quarterly planning sessions, board meetings, and offsites.

Holidays and office closures so everyone knows when the company is offline.

Creating Events

Click any date to create an event. Add a title, notes, and set whether it’s an all-day event or has specific times. Events can span multiple days for things like offsites or conferences.

You can send invites directly from an event and attendees can download an .ics file to add it to their personal calendar.

Google Calendar Sync

The calendar supports two sync modes:

Read-only feed — Copy the calendar URL and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Events sync automatically but changes must be made in FoundersBoxx.

Two-way sync — Connect a Google Calendar for bidirectional updates. The recommended approach: create a new shared calendar in Google specifically for company events, share it with your team, then connect that calendar here. This keeps company events visible in everyone’s daily calendar without cluttering personal schedules.
