Settings

FoundersBoxx has three layers of settings: your personal profile, company settings, and account administration.

Personal Settings

Your personal profile and preferences — what teammates see about you and how the app behaves for you.

Profile contains your public information: photo, name, contact details, bio, portfolio website, and a few personal touches (like favorite dessert). Add your skills, languages, hobbies, and social media links. This information appears in the team directory and helps teammates get to know you.

Preferences controls your app experience — timezone, display settings, and defaults.

Notifications lets you choose what triggers emails and in-app alerts.

Password & 2FA manages your login security. Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.

Connected Accounts shows any linked login providers.

Privacy & Data controls how your data is used and provides export options.

Company Settings

Company-wide configuration managed by admins. This includes Company Profile (covered in the Company section), Compliance Dates processing, and notification defaults for the organization.

Account Settings

Account-level administration for billing, team management, and integrations. Admin-only.

Account contains the account name, domain, subdomain, and avatar. Account Transfer lets you hand ownership to another user — useful when founders transition out.

Invitations manages pending team invites. Assign roles when inviting — see Roles & Permissions for details.

Billing handles your subscription and payment details.

Referrals tracks your referral program activity.

API provides access tokens for integrations.
