Org Chart

Switch to Org Chart for a diagrammatic view of your company’s reporting structure. The chart is auto-generated from the Manager field in employee profiles — no manual arrangement needed. Employees without a manager appear at the root level.

My Team

Managers see an additional My Team view that lists direct reports and tracks their evaluations. This only appears if you have people reporting to you. If you should have direct reports but don’t see them, ask an admin to set you as their manager in employee profiles.
