Integrations

Connect third-party services to sync data, send outreach, and enable notifications. Most live under Account Settings → Integrations.

Accounting (Xero, QuickBooks)

Syncs revenue, expenses, P&L, and cash flow. Connect from Financials → Actuals → Connect Accounting. See Accounting Integrations for details.

FoundersBoxx only reads from your accounting software — it never writes back.

Keplars (Email)

Delivers your GTM and investor outreach email and tracks engagement (opens, clicks, bounces, replies). The two channels connect separately, so you can wire up sales outreach and investor communications independently. Add your API key for each channel and send a test email to confirm it works.

Slack

Send notifications for financial alerts, metric updates, and team events to a Slack channel. Connect from Account Settings → Slack.

Stripe

Sync revenue, MRR, and customer counts for your metrics. Provide a read-only (restricted) Stripe API key. Currently in beta.

Google Calendar

Sync the company calendar with Google Calendar — including board meetings and offsite sessions. Options include a read-only feed (one-way) or two-way sync with a shared Google Calendar. See Company Calendar for setup details.

AI Providers

Choose which AI provider powers Eli and Milo (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini) and optionally bring your own API key (BYOK) with a monthly spend cap. See Ask Eli & Milo.

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest and scoped to your account. Accounting, Slack, and Google Calendar connect via OAuth; Stripe, Keplars, and AI providers use API keys you supply. Disconnect anytime; your existing synced data stays in place.
