Outreach Sequences & Tasks
Sequences, tasks, and interaction logging keep your raise moving. Sequences define what outreach to run, the task queue tells you what to do today, and interaction logging records what happened.
Sequences
A sequence is a multi-step outreach playbook. Use them to run consistent, repeatable outreach across your pipeline.
- Channels — email, LinkedIn, or a mix of both.
- Steps — each step pairs a message template with a wait period, and steps are fully configurable.
- Targeting — aim a sequence at a segment of investors.
- Management — duplicate a sequence to reuse it, and activate or deactivate it as needed.
The task queue
The task queue is your daily work queue. Tasks are auto-generated from your sequence steps so you always know what to do next.
Task types
- Send email
- Send deck
- Schedule meeting
- Follow up
- Call
- Custom
AI-suggested drafts
Each task can carry an AI-suggested message draft. If it’s not quite right, regenerate it.
Task lifecycle
A task moves through: pending → completed / skipped / snoozed
There are dedicated Today and Overdue views, ordered by priority so the most important work surfaces first.
Interaction logging
Log interactions to build a full activity history for each investor.
Interaction types include:
- Email sent / received
- Call
- Meeting
- Note
- Intro
- Deck sent
- Term sheet
- Commitment
- Stage change
For each interaction you can record its direction (inbound or outbound) and link it to the sequence step it came from. Filter and sort interactions by type, direction, or date.
